Ans: Several but Classroom 116 sets the peak at 1,100 ppm.
Ans: 103. Does it move enough air? Or did the room changeover to cooling - for no reason?
Why? Return Air Temp was Not Higher Than Previous Period. Change Controller Parameters to Avoid Unnecessary Cycles Like This?
Ans: Unit 112. And why do units 97 and 99, which are in the basement?
Ans: 112. Check to see if the compressor is running.
Unit 112 doesn't run at all - major problem. Unit 98 is in the basement - heat loss is minimal. Why is it running at all?
Ans: 112. Compressor doesn't work so heating depends on electric resistance coils.
Question: On What Days did the Compressor Recover for Short Periods of Time? Why?
Ans: Check return (mixed) air sensor - units 103, 114, and 115.
Ans: Unit 103 drops to a low of 62F multiple times even when outside air temp is ~36F.
Answer: Units 105 and 106.
Both have double outside walls compared to other classrooms.
Can't be heat loss. Must be excessive outside air intake.
Ans: Big unnecessary outside air CFM?
Answer: 97 and 112. But they are way too low. Must be another problem.
Answer: 97 and 99 - Low water flow? Air in the line? Pump cavitation? Better check it out.
