Current alert list shows all activity.
Units 103 and 116 were the first to drop below 40F.
After 8 minute confirmation delay both pending alerts became actual alerts.
Both alerts cleared 5 hours later.
Unit 112 went into pending alert at 12:12.
Then became an active alert 8 minutes later.
It cleared at 12:44 - 24 minutes later.
Later in the day the water loop warmed up to the point where unit 113 had a discharge water temperature back to the loop of more than 60F at 17:04. Temperatures over 60F are not critical but represent marginal operating conditions for loop water. Check other heat pumps for high geo water out temps.
That alert condition cleared 20 minutes later.
Leaving water temperature varies significantly. Spike in middle of day suggest a water flow problem. Check circ pump for turning off a short time.
Unit 113 return air temperature looks reasonable.
Unit 113 supply air temperatures appear to be reasonable revealing that the unit switched into cooling mode near 16:15 - not unexpected given above return air temp reached ~70F. Then it switched back to heating mode 30 minutes later.
Bad. Check injection circ pump. Check for air in the line causing water flow blockage.
During this single 24 hour period, there were 14 occasions on the histogram when leaving geo water temperature was between 18F and 20F. Without glycol some units would freezeup. Nevertheless, temperatures below 40F should be the exception.
